Horse Race North Dakota 501(c)4, the North Dakota Horse Park Foundation 501(c)3 and North Dakota State University Equine Sciences work together to provide top class facilities and services to the horsemen and women of North Dakota. Our collective mission is to develop and promote horse racing and all equine activities in the state of North Dakota. The leadership of these organizations consists of local business leaders, academics and horsemen devoted to serviing the equestrian community of North Dakota in accomplishing these goals.

The board of the North Dakota Horse Park Foundation is comprised of appointees made by Horse Race North Dakota and the NDSU Foundation in an effort to colloborate on facility management to the benefit of both parties and the greater horse community of North Dakota.

The staff of the NDSU Equine Science Program , which utilizes the facility from September through May is currenty comprised of:

The North Dakota Horse Park works under the regulation of the North Dakota Racing Commission which is appointed by the governor of North Dakota. The current commission members are:

Horse Race North Dakota operates the track and facilities during live race meets. It is a 501(c)4 organization controlled by a board of directors.
